nahbar 1.0.7 is here – packed with new features and improvements to help you nurture your relationships even better.

More Flexible Moments

Moments can now be edited after creation – adjust text, dates, and photos at any time. You can attach up to 5 images per moment and create recurring moments with repeat rules. Meetings can be added directly as calendar events, and group meetings with multiple people are now supported.

Better Overview

The global search now covers people, moments, and the log simultaneously. Birthdays are visible in the Today view and person details. People can be assigned to multiple groups at once.

Contacts and Communication

Phone numbers and email addresses can be imported directly from Apple Contacts. Call duration is now tracked for phone calls. Log entries can be edited and deleted after the fact.

Dopamin Mode: Motivation Through Rewards

The Dopamin mode has been expanded: you now earn XP for todos, and level-ups are celebrated with premium animations and confetti effects. Overdue todos receive escalating push reminders that gently nudge you to complete open tasks.

Smarter with On-Device AI

Apple Foundation Models are now the primary AI backend. Analysis and suggestions are processed faster and more privately, directly on your device. Mistral serves as a cloud fallback. The weekly relationship report provides an AI-generated summary of your week (Max subscription).

Simplified and Streamlined

The subscription model has been simplified: all features are now bundled in a single Max plan. Settings have been redesigned and onboarding streamlined – with a new spotlight tour that guides you through the key features.

Bug Fixes

Version 1.0.7 fixes numerous bugs, including issues with AI responses in the wrong language, navigation problems in the Today view, and display errors in gift suggestions.

Your data stays on your iPhone. No cloud, no account – unless you voluntarily use AI features.
Do you know this feeling?

You’re scrolling through your phone. There it is again – that message you’ve been meaning to send for three weeks. To your old college friend. Or to your uncle who just moved. You mean it. You want to follow through. But life gets in the way, and suddenly months have passed.

You’re not alone in this. Most of us have more people we care about than our heads can hold at once. And that’s exactly where a stay in touch app comes in. It doesn’t help you find new people – it helps you stay close to the ones who are already there.

In this article, I’ll walk you through what such an app actually does, what research says about lasting relationships, how nahbar differs from dating apps like Bumble, and what daily life with this kind of app actually feels like. No marketing fluff – promised.

What is a “stay in touch app” anyway?

A stay in touch app is a digital tool that helps you maintain contact with the people who matter to you. It reminds you to reach out. It remembers things that came up in conversation. It shows you who you haven’t connected with in a while.

The idea is simple: instead of suggesting hundreds of new profiles, this kind of app cares about the people you already know and like.

Some call it a personal CRM. The term comes from the business world – Customer Relationship Management is how companies keep track of their customers. Applied to your private life, it means keeping the people in your life within view.

A good stay-in-touch app typically does three things:

It reminds you of birthdays, get-togethers, or simply that you haven’t heard from someone in a while.

It collects notes about conversations, so you remember the small things next time.

It shows you patterns – who do you feel close to, and which relationships are quietly slipping?

The goal isn’t to “optimize” relationships. It’s to be more attentive. More aware. More dependable.

Bumble and nahbar – two apps, two different worlds

If you’re thinking about how to take better care of your relationships, you may have come across dating apps like Bumble. That’s understandable – Bumble is big, well-known, and it’s about connections too.

But Bumble and nahbar solve very different problems.

Bumble is a dating and meeting app. You swipe through profiles, message strangers, hope for a match. It’s about finding new people. Bumble Bizz helps with networking, Bumble BFF with finding new friendships. But the core is the same: first contacts. Beginnings.

nahbar takes the other path. It’s not about searching, it’s about keeping. You add people who are already part of your life – family, friends, old colleagues. And nahbar helps you keep those relationships alive.

Here’s a side-by-side comparison so you can see it quickly:

Aspect

Bumble

nahbar

Purpose

Meet new people

Nurture existing relationships

Who’s in it?

Strangers you haven’t met

People you already know

Main action

Swipe, message, date

Remember, take notes, follow through

Where is your data?

On the provider’s servers

Locally on your device

Need other users?

Yes – nothing happens without a match

No – the app works just for you

Success looks like …

A date, a match

A good phone call, a meet-up

So, the two apps aren’t competitors. They complement each other, if anything. Bumble helps you find a beginning. nahbar helps you stay.

Why “nurturing” matters more than “finding”

There’s something dating apps rarely talk about: the hardest part of a relationship isn’t the start. It’s everything that comes after.

Falling in love, making a new friend, meeting an interesting colleague – these things often happen almost on their own. There’s a spark, a conversation, a second meeting. But six months later? A year? Five years?

Then you need something else. Less exciting, but more important: dependability.

The person who calls when you’re not okay. The person who remembers your birthday without Facebook reminding them. The person who knows your dad was sick last year and genuinely asks how he’s doing now.

Relationships like that don’t grow from grand gestures. They grow from many small ones. A voice message in between. A question that shows you were listening. An “I’m thinking of you” on the right day.

That’s where a stay in touch app helps. It takes the bookkeeping out of your head, so you can focus on what matters – being there.

What research says about relationships

You might think: nice words. But is there evidence for any of this? Yes, there is – and it’s surprisingly clear.

The longest study on happiness ever conducted

At Harvard University, a study of adult development has been running since 1938. For over 85 years, researchers have followed hundreds of people throughout their entire lives. They asked, measured, observed: what makes people happy and healthy in the long run?

The answer that today’s study director, Robert Waldinger, repeats again and again: it’s not money. It’s not success. It’s not even health alone. What keeps people content and well are good relationships.

Not the number of friends. But how warm, honest, and dependable those relationships are.

Loneliness is a health risk

In recent years, health authorities around the world have noticed something that surprised many: loneliness isn’t just a feeling. It has measurable effects on the body.

In 2023, the World Health Organization launched a commission on loneliness and declared it a global health threat. The same year, the U.S. Surgeon General Vivek Murthy formally warned of a “loneliness epidemic.”

Studies show: people who are persistently lonely have a higher risk of heart disease, dementia, and earlier death. Some researchers compare the risk to the effects of heavy daily smoking.

That sounds dramatic. And it is. But it’s also good news: if relationships have such a strong effect, then it’s worth tending to them. Even when there’s no acute crisis going on.

How many people fit into your life, anyway?

British anthropologist Robin Dunbar has spent decades asking how many relationships a single person can actually maintain. His answer is now known as “Dunbar’s number”: about 150 stable social relationships fit into the life of one human being.

But not all 150 sit on the same level. Dunbar describes several layers:

About 5 people are especially close – immediate family, best friends

About 15 people are close confidants you keep regular contact with

About 50 people you know well, but less intimately

About 150 people are stable acquaintances

What’s interesting: we can’t simply expand these numbers by collecting more profiles on some platform. Social energy is limited. Neglecting the inner layers doesn’t make us richer – even if the outer layers keep growing.

A stay in touch app can help precisely here: not by giving you more relationships, but by helping you not lose sight of the important 5, 15, and 50.

How does a stay in touch app work in everyday life?

You might be thinking: “Sounds nice, but I don’t need an app to like my friends.” True. And you don’t.

But picture this:

It’s Sunday evening. The app gently shows: “You haven’t talked to Lisa in two months.” You remember – right, you wanted to meet up, and life happened. You send a short message. Twenty minutes later, there’s a date in the calendar for next week.

Or: you’re meeting your brother. Last time he mentioned starting a new job. You forgot – but the app didn’t. Before the meeting, you see the note and can ask straight away: “Hey, how’s the new job going?”

These aren’t great technical wonders. It’s just a memory that has your back.

A good stay-in-touch app usually offers these building blocks:

Contacts with depth. Instead of just a name and number, you can add notes: what came up last time? What’s on this person’s mind right now? What do they love?

Gentle reminders. The app nudges you when too much time has passed. Not annoying, not daily. Only when it fits.

Capturing meetings and conversations. After meeting someone, you can briefly note how it went. What you talked about. Maybe even how you felt afterwards.

Overview. You see who you feel close to – and who’s been slipping out of view. Without judgement. Just a hint.

A week with nahbar – how everyday life shifts

Theory is one thing. What it actually looks like in real life is another. Let’s walk through a normal week – with Lena, 34, working in marketing, two kids. Lena feels her friends from university are slowly slipping away. Not out of bad will. Just because life is full.

Sunday evening: the gentle nudge

Lena settles on the couch. nahbar shows her in the weekly overview: “You’ve been writing a lot with your sister this week – nice. With Anna, you haven’t heard from each other for eight weeks.”

Lena thinks for a moment. True. She taps directly on Anna in the app and sends a short voice message: “Hey Anna, I was just thinking of you. Want to grab a coffee next week?”

Two minutes of effort. A relationship saved that would otherwise have continued to fade.

Tuesday: a small note that matters later

In the car on the way to work, Lena’s friend Marek calls. He talks about his mother, who has an MRI appointment coming up. He’s worried.

After the call, at the next red light, Lena briefly opens nahbar and types three sentences into Marek’s profile: “Mother has MRI on April 15th. Worried about the headaches.”

In two weeks, when she meets him again, the app will show her this note. She’ll know what to ask about. Marek will feel it – and feel seen.

Wednesday: a birthday, without Facebook

Aunt Heike has her birthday. Lena has forgotten it a few times in recent years, because Facebook no longer reminds her – she stopped using the account actively a long time ago.

This morning, nahbar sends her a reminder. She gives Aunt Heike a quick call. Five minutes of conversation. Aunt Heike is touched. “You’re the first today.”

Sometimes those are the calls people remember for years.

Thursday: after the meeting

Lena met Anna for coffee in the evening. As always, it was lovely. On the way home, she opens nahbar and makes a short note – not to evaluate, but to remember: “Anna is starting a yoga class in September. Looking for some space. Her father remains difficult.”

She marks the meeting with a small checkmark. A good feeling. Not because she “completed” something – but because she knows next time she won’t be starting from scratch.

Friday: the big picture

Over lunch, Lena scrolls briefly through the overview in nahbar. She sees: this week she had meaningful contact with the closest five people in her life. With two from the middle circle, it’s been a while. That’s okay. That’s normal. But now she knows.

She feels a little more settled in her head. Not because she ticked off a list, but because she feels she’s there for the people who need her.

What this week shows

nahbar didn’t save a single relationship for Lena. Lena did that herself. What the app did: it gave her the prompt to remember the right people at the right time.

And that’s exactly the idea behind it.

What makes nahbar different?

Before I tell you what makes nahbar special, let me be honest: there are several good apps in this space. If another one suits you better, that’s perfectly fine.

But three things matter most to us at nahbar.

Your data stays with you

Most apps store everything in the cloud, on some server, somewhere. That might not matter for a weather app. For your private relationships, it does.

With nahbar, your notes and contacts live locally on your device by default. No one else sees them. Not even us. Even if our servers disappeared tomorrow – your data would still be with you.

There’s a feature where you can ask an artificial intelligence for an opinion. That’s the only place where data leaves your device – and only if you ask for it. The app removes sensitive content beforehand. You stay in control.

Depth instead of feature stacks

Many apps grow over time. More buttons. More menus. More ways to get lost.

We try to go the other way. nahbar shouldn’t feel like a tool, but like a notebook you enjoy writing in. The most important features are clear within minutes. The rest unfolds.

Understands how you tick

Everyone tends to relationships differently. Some like to reach out daily, others need weeks of quiet. Some write long messages, others prefer short ones.

nahbar learns over time what fits you. If you like, you can answer a few questions at the start – inspired by a well-known psychological framework called the Big Five model. That helps the app give suggestions that actually fit you, instead of pressing you into a template that isn’t yours.

When do you need Bumble, when nahbar?

To make it really clear, here’s a simple guide:

Bumble makes sense when:

You want to meet new people – romantically or as friends

You’ve moved to a new city and want to find your tribe

You want to build a professional network (Bumble Bizz)

nahbar makes sense when:

You feel important people are slipping out of view

You want to take relationships more seriously without “managing” them

You care about privacy and don’t want your notes in the cloud

You’re looking for a memory backup for conversations and birthdays

And yes – the two go together. You can meet someone via Bumble, and use nahbar to make sure the match doesn’t fade into silence after three months.

An app doesn’t replace a real conversation

One last important thought before you settle on any app:

A stay in touch app is a tool. Nothing more. It doesn’t call anyone for you. It doesn’t hug anyone. It doesn’t replace the honest “how are you, really?” at the kitchen table.

What it can do: clear your head. So you stop trying to remember twenty birthdays and forty life stories at once. So you get a nudge when you need one. So you feel more present, because you actually are.

If an app does that, it’s done its job. But if it stresses you out, controls you, or makes you feel you have to “process” your friendships – it’s the wrong one.

When trying any app, pay attention to how you feel using it. Lighter? More attentive? Or already stressed again? Your gut is often right here.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a stay in touch app?

A stay in touch app is a digital tool that helps you keep up with the people who matter to you. It reminds you about birthdays, collects conversation notes, and shows you who you haven’t been in touch with for a while. Unlike dating apps like Bumble, it’s not about meeting new people but about staying close.

Is nahbar an alternative to Bumble?

Not really. Bumble helps you meet new people – nahbar helps you nurture the relationships you already have. If you want to deepen your relationships rather than have more of them, nahbar fits better. The two can also complement each other well.

Is my data safe with a personal CRM app?

That depends on the provider. Some apps store everything in the cloud, others locally. With nahbar, your data stays on your device by default – no one else has access. When choosing an app, always check where your data is stored.

Do I need an app to maintain friendships?

Honest answer: no. If your head keeps it all together – wonderful. An app helps when you notice that people are slipping out of view, even though you don’t want them to. It’s a tool, not a must.

What does nahbar cost?

nahbar comes as a free basic version, with extended features available as Pro or Max. Exact prices are on the App Store, since they can vary by region.

Does nahbar work offline?

Mostly, yes. Since your data is stored locally, you can take notes and view your contacts even when offline. Only the optional AI feature needs a connection.

Is there a nahbar for Android?

Right now, nahbar is a native iOS app, optimized for iPhone and iPad. There’s no Android version planned – we’d rather be really good on one platform than mediocre everywhere.

Can I import my existing contacts?

Yes. On first launch, nahbar can read your address book – with your permission, of course. You don’t have to type anything in by hand.

In short: be there when it matters

Bumble and nahbar serve different needs. One helps you start, the other helps you stay.

If you feel like you’re losing sight of people who really matter to you, then a stay in touch app might be what you’re looking for. Not because an app is the most important thing. But because it gives you the room to focus on what is: the people themselves.

Give nahbar a try. If it fits, we’re glad. If not, you’ve lost nothing – and maybe still thought about who you could text tonight.

That’s already something.

Ready to be there when it matters? Discover nahbar →

Version 1.0.6 makes nahbar faster in everyday use, more flexible with photos, and friendlier to anyone who just wants to dive in.

Faster Capture with Quick Buttons

You’ll now find two permanent buttons right under the greeting in the Today view: Moment and Todo. One tap, pick people – done.

For moments, you can select several people at once and create a shared moment. The first person is the main one, the others are added as participants.

Multiple Photos per Moment

You can now add multiple photos to a single moment. In the overview they appear as a stacked preview – tap to open the gallery.

As always: All photos stay on your iPhone. No cloud, no upload.

AI Suggestions on Your Terms

Sometimes useful, sometimes in the way. You can now toggle AI suggestions for moments and gift ideas separately. If you don’t want to use AI at all, the app is completely yours.

And from now on, AI responses always come back in the language you’ve set in the app.

Easier Onboarding

The OCEAN personality test is no longer part of the onboarding flow. You’ll get into the app faster and can start with the people who matter to you. The test is still available – take it whenever you like from the “Me” view.

More Improvements

Unified add and edit: Editing a moment now uses the same layout as creating one – including reminders, photos, and additional participants.

Tap instead of swipe: In the log, a tap on any entry opens the editor directly. Delete is right there where you’d expect it.

Cleaner without stars: The star indicator has been removed entirely. Fewer symbols, more focus.

Bug Fixes

Moments in the past (e. g. a chat you’re logging after the fact) now go straight to the log – instead of getting stuck in the Today view.

Version 1.0.5 makes nahbar more colorful, more searchable, and more connected. You can now add photos to your moments, search across the entire app, and share one moment with multiple people at once.

Photos for Moments and “Me”

Selfie from the meetup, photo of dinner, snapshot from the park – you can now add photos to any moment. Straight from the camera or from your photo library. Your own profile picture can also be updated whenever you like.

As always with nahbar: Photos stay on your iPhone. No cloud, no upload.

Global Search

Looking for a person, an old moment, or a specific todo? Just start typing – the new search scans all content in your app at once. It also searches through your captured likes and dislikes.

Share Moments with Multiple People

A dinner together, a weekend with friends, a team event: When several people were part of a moment, you can now share it with all of them at once. The moment appears in every person’s log – but only once in your Today view.

When editing, you can add or remove people from the group at any time.

More Improvements

One person, multiple groups: Friends and colleagues? No longer a problem.

Separate birthday lookahead: In settings, you can now choose different time ranges for meetings/moments and birthdays.

Searchable contact picker: When adding people from your iPhone address book, a search field is always available.

Calendar entries with participants: Planned meetings with multiple people now list all attendees in the entry text – without automatically sending out invitations that could expose sensitive data.

Refined interests display: Interests now sit at the bottom of the person view and grow with the list. With many entries, a dedicated overview opens.

“Moments” instead of “Activities”: Consistent language across the whole app.

Bug Fixes

In edit mode, you can now scroll even when a moment contains a photo.

“Last contact” shows “Soon” for future appointments instead of confusing text fragments.

Todos can be created and completed again without the app freezing.

Gift ideas and other AI responses now display with clean formatting – thanks to a new universal parser.

Version 1.0.4 brings a long-awaited feature to nahbar: You can now share your own profile with other nahbar users. Plus, we’ve polished many details across the app.

Profile Sharing

The centerpiece of this update: You can export your nahbar profile as a .nahbar file and send it to friends or family – via AirDrop, Messages, or any other app that can share files.

You’re in full control: Before each share, you choose which information to include – whether it’s your birthday, occupation, location, OCEAN results, likes, dislikes, or social style. And most importantly: Everything happens directly from device to device. No cloud, no server.

On the receiving end, nahbar automatically detects if there’s already a matching contact and offers to merge the data or create a new entry – without ever overwriting existing information.

Haptic Feedback

Some people love vibrations on actions, some don’t. You’ll now find a toggle in settings to enable or disable haptic feedback.

Smarter Nudge Reminders

When you call someone or send a message through nahbar, the nudge interval is now automatically reset. The app recognizes that you’ve already reached out – and won’t remind you unnecessarily.

More Improvements

Edit moments and todos: Tapping on a moment or todo now opens the editor.

Calendar entries: Planned meetings now include all captured details like activity suggestions.

Planned meetings: Now closed the following day at 3 AM, so you have time to complete the aftermath questionnaire.

Report a bug: New direct link to the support page in settings.

Bug Fixes

Navigation after switching tabs now works correctly.

Empty popup during call time nudges fixed.

Text display in onboarding corrected.

Is nahbar manipulative? An honest answer — and why remembering is the opposite of manipulation.

Picture this: a friend tells you over a beer that his mother is going in for serious surgery next week. You nod. You ask follow-up questions. You mean it. Three weeks later you meet again — and you don’t ask. Not because you don’t care about the surgery. But because in the meantime your head has been full of stand-ups, tax returns, and whether there’s still milk in the fridge.

This is exactly where nahbar comes in. And this is exactly where the question keeps coming up: isn’t this a little manipulative? A tool that helps you “remember” things about other people?

I get the question. And I think it misses the point.

Manipulation begins with dishonesty

Manipulation means pretending to care about something in order to get something. Faking compassion because compassion sells, soothes, binds. That’s the ugly version.

nahbar works the other way around. The whole thing assumes you actually care about the person across from you. You’re listening anyway. You’re asking follow-up questions anyway. If someone leaves you cold, there’s nothing for nahbar to remind you of — quite simply because you wouldn’t have taken in what they said in the first place.

Honest listening, in other words, isn’t a result of nahbar. It’s the precondition.

The real problem isn’t lack of interest

In most relationships that turn cooler, what’s missing isn’t interest. What’s missing is the thread between encounters. We hear something important — and then life lays itself over it. Meetings, worries, missed sleep.

What’s left are sentences like “How did that thing with your father go again?” — and a small wave of embarrassment when you realize: that was the one who…

That thread is exactly what nahbar holds onto. So that on the next call, the next coffee, the next walk, what you already knew actually arrives.

Remembering is what good friends do

Think of the person in your life who knows you best. What makes them special? Probably not that they’re particularly exciting or particularly clever. Probably that they remember things. That they ask three months later whether the job interview worked out. That they know which music you listen to in which mood.

We attribute a quietly obvious virtue to that person: they notice you. It would never occur to us to call that manipulative.

nahbar is doing nothing different — it just takes over the remembering work that not everyone is equally good at. Some people forget birthdays, and not for lack of love. Some can’t manage to keep fifty small life details in their head on the side, because their head simply works differently. That’s not a moral failing. That’s everyday life.

The simple test

If your friend, your partner, your colleague knew that you take notes so you can ask follow-up questions next time — would they be disappointed? Or moved?

I’ve asked this question often. The answer is almost always the same: moved. Because the effort itself is already the message. “You matter enough to me that I make a point of not forgetting you.”

That’s the opposite of manipulation. That’s care.

What nahbar actually does in the end

nahbar doesn’t manufacture feelings that aren’t there. nahbar doesn’t build a façade. nahbar just takes what you’re already picking up anyway and arranges it so it’s at hand for the next conversation.

That doesn’t turn listening into a trick. It turns listening into a relationship that holds — across weeks, across months, across the inevitable gaps in everyday life.

You’re listening anyway. We just help you make sure it doesn’t get lost.

Relationships are wonderful. But they can also feel like a puzzle – one that everyone else seems to have solved, except you.

When should I reach out? What did we talk about last time we met? Did I say too much? Or too little? Was the conversation good for me – or did I come home drained?

If you live with autism or ADHD, you know these questions. Not because you can’t or don’t want to have good relationships. But because the brain sometimes simply works differently – and relationships take a lot of energy, memory, and social intuition.

This is exactly where nahbar can help.

Friendship can be a challenge – AI-generated image

Why relationships can feel challenging

Relationships don’t follow a clear plan. They’re made up of many small moments, unspoken rules, and emotional undertones – things that are hard to hold on to.

Relationships as complex as a labyrinth – AI-generated

For people on the autism spectrum, reading these unwritten rules intuitively can be harder. What does it mean when someone replies briefly? How often can you write without being too much? What did the last conversation actually do to the other person? These are questions that cost a lot of energy – especially when you’re also trying to stay authentic and present.

With ADHD, it’s often different: You want to reach out, you think of it – and then the moment is gone. Weeks pass. Important people fade into the background, not because you’ve forgotten them, but because the noise of daily life is louder. And sometimes you say more in a conversation than you meant to, or forget afterwards what was even discussed.

This has nothing to do with a lack of affection. It has to do with the way the brain processes and stores information.

What makes nahbar different

nahbar isn’t a social media app. It isn’t an address book. It’s a deeply personal tool that helps you understand the people in your life better – without losing yourself along the way.

Everything stays on your own iPhone. No cloud, no servers, no company reading along. That alone can give you a strong sense of safety.

Capturing visits – so nothing gets lost

After a meeting, you can quickly jot down in nahbar how it went. Not in long texts – but in a structured way, with just a few taps. How did the conversation feel? What was talked about? What was the mood?

Visits: a key touchpoint in relationships – AI-generated

This may feel unfamiliar at first. But it can help enormously. Especially when you’re tired after social encounters and things blur together quickly. When you know at the next meeting: back then, this topic connected us. Back then, the person was stressed. Back then, it was a particularly lovely afternoon.

For people with ADHD, this means: no more forgetting what mattered to you. For people with autism: a calm, clear look back – without having to reconstruct everything from memory.

Personality profiles that actually help

nahbar uses what’s known as the OCEAN model – a scientifically grounded model from personality psychology. For every contact, you can create a profile that describes how the person ticks.

Are they open to new things – or do they value reliability and routine? Are they more reserved or very sociable? Do they react sensitively to criticism?

This information helps you read conversations better. You no longer have to rely on gut feeling alone to catch social signals – you have a small, personal map for every person in your life.

Likes and dislikes at a glance

Does someone dislike small talk? Do they prefer talking about ideas rather than feelings? Do they struggle with spontaneity?

Managing likes and dislikes – AI-generated

In nahbar, you can write these things down. Not to put people in a box – but to prepare yourself. To start a conversation without having to think long about it first. To avoid misunderstandings before they even arise.

That brings a sense of safety. And safety is what makes real encounters possible in the first place.

Seeing who does you good

This may be the most important point. Not every relationship gives you energy. Some cost it.

nahbar helps make that visible. Through ratings and notes, a picture forms over time: Which encounters feel good? After which meetings are you exhausted? Who makes you laugh – and who makes you feel small?

That’s not a given. Many people with autism or ADHD have learned to put their own needs last, or not to notice them at all. nahbar makes these patterns visible – quietly, without pressure, entirely at your own pace.

Reminders that actually help

A little memory aid – AI-generated

Especially valuable with ADHD: nahbar reminds you to reach out to people before too much time passes. Not as a duty – but as a friendly nudge. This way, relationships stay alive, even when daily life is full.

But it’s not only people with ADHD who know this problem. In everyday life, we all often forget to reach out to the people who matter to us. Out of sight, out of mind.

Your own nahbar

nahbar adapts to you. There’s no “right” or “wrong” way to use it. Everyone can use the app in a way that fits their own situation.

If you’re just starting out, you can simply leave a small note after the first conversation. If you want more, you can create personality profiles, refine ratings, and recognize patterns. Step by step, at your own pace.

Relationships are complex. But they don’t have to feel overwhelming. With nahbar, you get a tool in your hands that doesn’t judge – but supports.

Got your own experiences, a question, or a thought to share? Drop us a line – we’d love to hear from you.
